At Astrocape, we strive to provide the most accurate and insightful Vedic astrology services. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our expert astrologers.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Consultation: You can cancel your scheduled consultation up to 2 hours before the start time for a full refund.
- Digital Reports: Once an order for a Kundli or Matchmaking report is placed, it can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of payment. Once processing starts, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your digital report within 48 hours of the promised time, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Technical Issues: In case of double payments or transaction failures where the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the refund will be processed automatically by the payment gateway.
- Service Satisfaction: Since astrology is a matter of interpretation and belief, refunds are not provided based on "accuracy" or "disagreement" with the predictions.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (bank account/card/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days as per bank norms.
